You are welcome to claim your profile by clicking on “Claim Your Profile/Business” link when you search our network of websites.
You can also sign up as dentist using “Dentist Signup” button on home page. When you initiate sign up and provide needed information, it will show you your existing profile (if any) to select and update.
Your profile will be published on our 50+ dentist directories with one sign up and it is completely FREE of charge.

Our mission is to connect the dental patient with the local dentist of high quality with minimum effort to both the dental patient and to the dentists. We have following types of dentist profile listings.
Free Dentist Listings
Almost every licensed dentist and licensed dental practice can be found in our directory listing. The order of listings is determined by the proximity of the dental practice or dentist to the searched Zip code or city, then completeness of the profile, then the ratings, reviews and other variables.
Dentists can boost their visibility by completing their profile, uploading the pictures, adding the work hours for patient appointments through their dashboard. Dentists can also improve their ratings and reviews by inviting past patients to review them on our portal with just few clicks. All the dentists listed on free dentist listing would have access all the free tools listed below.

Standard Listings
This listing is similar to free listing but will show up before the free listings on the web page. Dentists pay a small monthly subscription fee to allow new patients to book appointments and for additional tools that dentists get to manage the appointments and communicate with their local patients.
Premium Listings
This listing is similar to Standard listing with exception that patients can also book appointments with dentists by text messaging. Also dentist profile will show up before the standard listings on the web page. Dentists pay a small monthly subscription fee to allow 2-way text messaging with patients, and for additional tools that dentists get to manage the appointments and communicate with their local patients.
Exclusive Listings
This type of dentist listing shows up on the top of the page. When a patient calls the exclusive zip code on licensed dental brand number, the call is automatically transferred to the dentist assigned to the zip code that is opted by the patient. The call is tracked and reported for dentist to manage the patient and the customer service/quality control aspects. Dentist also have full exclusivity to the zip code and licensed phone number combination. When a patient text the assigned Zip code the exclusive dentist profile is shown to the patient for booking appointments. Exclusive listing has all that premium listing offers plus exclusivity to Zip code/s and branded phone number/s.
In any of the upgraded profiles we treat ratings or reviews same as it were on free dentist profile. We do not remove a review unless it violates our policy. Dentists in upgraded profiles may have additional tools to highlight a review, sequence the reviews, and respond to reviews etc.
Q. How do I add Images or videos to my profile?
Login to your account.
Go to “SETTINGS”
Then to “Images&Videos”
Click on “Upload New Image/Video”
Select the category of the image or video from

For Staff Member and Clinic/Practice you need to select from the dropdown to assign the image/video to.
Give a name to the image/video and select the image/video from location on your local machine/network drive.
Click on “Submit”
Q. Is there any limit on how many pictures and videos I can upload on my profile page?
There is no limit on how many pictures and videos you can post on your profile. However we encourage you to limit the pictures as below.
- 1 Picture per staff member
- 2 Pictures per room/area of the clinic/practice
- Up to 20 sets of before and after pictures of dental work you have performed on your patients.
We suggest the same limit on number of videos of each type.
Q. How do I add my practice/clinic in my profile?
Login to your account.
Go to “SETTINGS”
Then go to “Clinic” tab
Enter all the information relevant to the clinic. You can also select all the insurances you cover, all the dental procedures you perform at the clinic.
You can also upload clinic’s picture. Once all the information is entered click on “Submit”
Q. Can I delete my profile?
We do not remove profiles from our website. The information in dentist profile is gathered from public records and publicly available information.
If you are concerned that public information, we share on our website is incorrect, please contact us and we will do our best to update it.
You might also want to check with your state/federal licensing body to ensure that the information in your public record is up-to-date.
If you haven’t yet, you can claim your dentist profile and update information such as your address, specialties, availability, experience and more.

Completed profiles receive more visibility and engagement than incomplete profiles.

Q. How to add other dentists in our clinic on the practice profile.
Login to your account.
Go to “SETTINGS”
Then go to “Manage Staff” tab
Then click on “Add New Staff Member” button
Enter all the information relevant to the staff dentist, including their working days, and times, how much time they spend on each appointment with the patient. You can also enter the language the staff dentist speaks, dental procedure they perform and clinic/s the new member works at.
Once all the information is entered click on “Submit”
Q. How are profiles verified?
Once you complete your profile, you will receive a call, text or email to confirm your information. We recommend you respond to email and/or text to confirm your profile.
We also may ask you to verify your phone number or some other information such as your license at the time of signup to confirm and verify your identity.
We strive to provide local dental patients with accurate information about their local dentists they can confidently connect to and book appointments with by just texting the zip code.
Your verified up-to-date information reaches more local patients.
Q. How many profiles can I claim? Can I claim more than one profile?
One dentist can claim one profile and the same profile is published on 50+ dental directories.
Now for a practice with more than one dentist, each of the dentist will have their own profile, which is published on 50+ dental directories.
Each of the dentist profiles also has a section for other dentists’ profile from same dental practice or clinic.
The practice or clinic has its own profile with the complete list of all the dentists and their own schedules, availability for appointment and their appointment calendars.
With one profile per dentist, dentist or the practice manager can edit and update individual dentist’s schedule, availability for appointment and their appointment calendars.
Any update on the dentist profile will be reflected on all the dental directories and on related dentist and practice/clinic profiles as well, automatically.
If a dentist works at multiple locations, dentist can have their appointment calendar and availability for each of those locations. Each dental location has new patient’s appointment booking visibility on up to 10 zip codes.
A dental group can add all their locations and all the dentists at each of the locations and maintain an integrated appointment booking calendar and show all the available options to the patients in any of the dentist or clinic profile related to the dental group.

Q. Can I book appointments with my patients on your platform for FREE?
Yes, absolutely FREE. You can book appointments on our platform with your existing patients for free.
When you create appointment, the patient will be notified via email of the appointment, time and date as well as your practice address.
If you need to also send out text message reminder to your patients, we do offer text plans that you can upgrade to.

Q. Is there a limit on how my appointments I can book for FREE with my existing patients?
There is no limit on count of appointments you can make. However the appointment emails in FREE subscription is limited to 2000 emails per month.
It should be more than enough to cover all the patient appointments, reminders and follow up emails for small practice.
If your needs demand more outbound emails, then you can upgrade your account to next level. If you are not yet ready to upgrade, but still want to increase the outbound emails, please contact us, we will try our best to increase the limit.
Q. Can I create and distribute special offers or coupons to my local patients for FREE?
Yes, you can create offer, promotion, or coupon from your dashboard. Upload a picture or choose from provided images for the coupon.
These coupons will be displayed on your profile and are available to the local patients in your selected Zip codes automatically.
When a patient views your profile online they can find your coupons or special offers, including free consultation offers.
Patients text zip code to any of our 50+ memorable dental brand numbers, if the zip code they text matches one of your 10 zip codes for the location, the patient will receive a link with list of profiles that includes your profile and coupons or offers you have for that Zip code.
Creation and distribution of coupons, offers, or free consultation is completely FREE on our platform.
Local patients can access your offers online or by texting their zip code to any of our 50+ memorable dental branded numbers.

It is fully integrated with our dental network of sites and will display your profile and offers in your desired zip codes automatically.
Q. How do I distribute coupons or special offers?
When you create the coupon, you can specify the specific Zip codes (up to 10) where you want the offers or coupons to be distributed.
By default coupons will be available to any patient who inquires using text messaging with any of the 10 Zip codes you provide at the time of creating your profile, or when the patient views your profile online.
Alternatively, you can send the coupon in email or text (for upgraded accounts) to any existing patients from the contact manager with couple clicks.
Q. What are verified and phone verified reviews?
We verify the phone number of the reviewer by asking them to enter the code we send to their mobile phone. It ensures the verification of reviewers with valid mobile phone.
In case the reviewer does not provide a mobile phone, we validate their identity by calling them or sending them email to verify.
We mark such verified reviews as email verified or unverified, if we could not verify the reviewer.
Verified reviews are more effective in building trust with new patients and your practice’s authenticity and approval by patients.
Q. How can I respond to a review written about me?
Once you claim your profile, you can respond to a review from your dashboard. Upgraded accounts have several options to request text reviews, and promote their reviews on their profile.
Our support team monitors and verifies the reviews and review responses for quality and appropriateness.

Q. How do you verify and make sure reviews are valid?
For review to be published we verify the reviewer’s mobile phone or email. Our trained quality assurance team also monitors the incoming reviews and review responses. We spend a very significant time and effort on making sure the reviews are related to the actual experiences of patients.
We also reserve the right to not publish or remove the reviews that violate our terms of use.
Q. If I disagree with a review posted about me; how can I resolve this?
If you believe that a patient review violates our terms of use, you may report such review to us with following information.
- Your name, practice name and address
- Link to review in question or text of the review you find incorrect.
- Your reason for disagreement.
- Suggestions to reviewer as to amendments or edits.
- We can forward your suggestions to reviewer, but it is in reviewer’s sole discretion to amend the review according to your suggestions.
Alternatively, you can directly respond to review from your dashboard if you feel review is incorrect.
Q. Can I set up reminders to my patients for FREE?
Yes, you can set up appointments, reminders or send an email to one or multiple patients directly from the contact manager by just selecting the patient/s name/s.

Our platform has more than 50 memorable dental branded numbers. These numbers represent the strong recall value and are strongly tied to the patient’s needs.
Phone number for a patient who is looking for dental implant is 1.8 DENTAL IMPlant; for patient who is looking for teeth whitening it is 1. TEETH WHITE; for patient looking for dentures it is 1.8 E DENTURES; or for Spanish speaking dental patients it could be 1.8 DENTISTAS.
Many more dental numbers (50+) for various other possibilities including the location and patient specific needs. All these phone numbers are integrated on our platform and serve as conduit to connect the dental patient to their local dentist.
When a patient calls any of our 50+ numbers, we ask them to enter their Zip code. Based on the Zip code, we route the call to the dentist office who has subscribed exclusivity for that zip code. Patient can check reviews, coupons, and availability of the dentists in that zip code and nearby Zip codes and directly book the appointment with any one of those dentists depending on patient’s liking. Dentists with upgraded accounts with completed profiles show up on top of the list within the zip code and have more likelihood of scoring the appointments.
